Booth Information

Full booths will be 4m wide x 2.5m deep. A detailed Exhibitor Manual will be sent out in late February including booth allocations.

Setting up your booth

Exhibitors will have access to their booths from 2pm Thursday afternoon (25 March 2010) and a move in schedule will be sent out with the exhibitor manual. Exhibitors sending materials from overseas will be paired up with a local firm for storage purposes if required.

Booths must not be dismantled before 3.00pm on the day of the fair. Courier pick-ups should be pre-arranged for collections between 3.30pm and 5.00pm immediately following the fair. All items are to be removed by 7.00pm, 26 March 2010.
